STAFF PRODUCT DESIGNER
My path into design didn't follow a straight line - and I wouldn't have it any other way. These experiences gave me the range to work across systems, teams, and challenges with clarity and care.
Turning data into decisions at scale
I lead design across Predict - Pattern's internal platform powering ad automation and brand health insights - with a focus on key products like Destiny and GYST. My work centers on transforming complex data into intuitive, high-leverage tools that scale across teams without losing clarity or intent. I partner closely with PMs and engineers to untangle complexity, drive adoption, and build systems that last.
Designing trust into fintech
At Bill (formerly Divvy), I focused on product experiences grounded in compliance and care - from rebuilding onboarding and credit flows to enhancing international payments. I worked across legal, risk, and product to make complex processes feel effortless and secure for users navigating high-stakes decisions.
Designing resilience into dental tech
As the first designer at Dental Intelligence, I built the design practice from the ground up - creating the initial design system, shaping UX processes, and helping grow the team. I led design through the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, launching new tools and strategic initiatives that helped thousands of practices recover revenue and reconnect with patients. Instead of downsizing, we scaled - empowering dental offices to bounce back stronger through thoughtful systems, communication workflows, and data-driven growth.
From Receptionist to Regional Brokerage Leader
I started in the trucking industry at 17 as a receptionist at Central Refrigerated, quickly moving into brokerage as an individual contributor. After Swift Transportation acquired Central Refrigerated, I was invited to help start Kold Trans, their new refrigerated division. As the third employee, I helped build the brokerage from the ground up - growing the team to 17 brokers, shaping processes, and delivering consistent results. When Knight Transportation later acquired Kold Trans, I transitioned to lead West Coast brokerage operations, supporting both team performance and customer success across the region.
COLLABORATORS
The best ideas happen with people, not in a vacuum. I love the messy, collaborative middle-whether it's with an intern or an exec-because that's where real clarity and magic happen. Creating a space where everyone feels heard, pushed, and valued is hands-down my favorite part of the job.
